Our promises
Pohnch is built so only the right people see your child's van, and only when it matters.
Verified driver
The Pohnch team checks every driver's ID and van before any family can join.
Location only during a trip
The van shows from Start trip to End trip, never at other times. The parent app never asks for your location.
Gone after 30 days
Old van positions delete themselves after 30 days.
First names only
Just a child's first name, school and stop. No photo, no phone number, no gender.
Seat check every trip
At the end of every trip the driver confirms the van is empty.
Calm driving
Over 50 km/h the driver hears a reminder, and the Pohnch team sees it.
Help: 15 · 1122
One tap calls 15 or 1122, and tells every family why the van is late.
What we never keep
A child's photo, phone number or gender. The parent's phone location (the parent app never asks for it). The van's location outside trips. We don't sell data and show no ads. To show rain, the apps ask Open-Meteo (a free weather service) for Karachi's weather at one fixed city-centre point; no location of yours or the van is sent.
