Delete your account and data

For both apps: Pohnch (parents) and Pohnch Driver. Deleting is immediate and can't be undone.

  1. Pohnch app: Menu, then "Delete my account", then hold to confirm.
  2. Pohnch Driver: "Help and account", then "Delete my account", then hold to confirm.
  3. Can't open the app? WhatsApp us from the number you log in with, and we'll delete everything within 7 days. 0300 1478729

What is deleted

Your number and name, your children's details, your family invites, your alert settings, and for drivers the van and its stops.

What may stay for a while

If someone else in your family still uses Pohnch, your children's details stay with them. Van positions delete themselves within 30 days.
