Is it free?
Free for parents and drivers during the pilot. The driver app stays free, always.
Which phones does it work on?
Android 7 or newer, and iPhone. Android testing is on now; iPhone is coming soon.
What does the driver see?
Only the first names and stops of the children on their van. Never other families' details.
Do you use my location?
No. The parent app never asks for it. You place your home pin on the map yourself.
My child's van isn't on Pohnch. What now?
Send "Invite my driver" from the app, or WhatsApp us and we'll talk to the driver.
Can others at home see it too?
Yes. Up to 3 family members get the same alerts.
What if the driver loses signal?
Taps are saved on the phone and sent when the signal is back. The map says "last seen 40 s ago" instead of guessing.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Menu, then Delete my account. Or follow the steps on our delete account page. Delete account
